Melissa Stroup account manager
As an Account Manager, Melissa serves as the liaison between Mudbug Media and all of the medical practices that do business with us. Melissa discusses processes and packages with potential clients, monitors when a project is ready to be put in our queue and coordinates website updates. While she was pursuing a Communications degree at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa with a major in advertising and a minor in marketing, Melissa served as an account executive for the UA newspaper and was recognized with the Most Outstanding Sales Performance award in 2004. After graduation, Melissa worked at Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon, Inc. as a Marketing Assistant for the Birmingham based engineering firm and as a Strategic Account Manager and Account Services Team Leader at MailSouth, Inc. A New Orleans native, Melissa enjoys dining out at the city’s wide variety of restaurants.
