To begin, first open Outlook. Now select Tools from the main drop-down menu and choose Account Settings...

Click the New... button to add a new email account.

Choose “Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP” and click Next...

On the following page do not enter any information. Check “Manually configure server settings or additional server types” and click Next...

Select “Internet E-Mail” and click Next...

Use the following information for the third step that should now appear.

When you are done entering in your account information, click More Settings to continue...

Click on the Outgoing Server tab and check “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.” Click OK to exit the More Settings window.

Finally, click Next and then Finish to complete the Setup. Everything should now be complete. Upon clicking Finish, close the Account Settings window and click the Send/Receive button on the Outlook toolbar to make sure everything has been setup properly.
Note: Many Internet service providers block outgoing mail to third party mail servers, such as ours, in an effort to prevent their customers from spamming. If you encounter problems sending outgoing mail, we recommend you use your internet service provider's outgoing mail server instead. Please contact them directly to ask for their outgoing (SMTP) mail server address.
